About 70% of the staff are friendly, but the reception team is an exception. The restaurant floors are not cleaned properly. Every time we pick a table, we notice the floor underneath is dirty. It's absolutely disgusting! And the chair as well !!

The staff were very respectful. The premises were kept clean at all times. They have the best pocliy of cleaning the room twice a day. The hotel can accommodate both romantic couples and family. Thanks to Musitafa and his team. The breakfast was great and the customer service was on point
