His warmth and welcoming enthusiasm immediately made us feel truly valued. Not only friendly, but he also took the time to engage with us beyond the standard check-in process. We noticed that he was from Tennessee and I asked about his hometown. He then went the extra mile by writing down great suggestions for our future trip. The rooms that we stayed in were showing a bit of wear. Shower had a shower curtain that was short so that it did not keep water in. I would like when I turned the HVAC system to fan on that it would stay running(we like the white noise). It seems likely that our room was resold to someone else attending a special event at the parks, leaving us scrambling to find alternative accommodation at the eleventh hour. This blatant disregard for our travel plans and the immense stress it has caused is simply unacceptable. To cancel a confirmed booking in such a manner is unprofessional and deeply disappointing, especially for a supposedly 'premium' hotel. This experience has completely shattered our trust in Universal Hotels. We will not be booking with them again and strongly advise others to consider the risk of similar last-minute cancellations Read less

The best part of our short stay was the luggage department. Right from the minute we arrived at 8 am, to the moment we drove away, the service couldn't have been better. They unloaded our car, brought the bags into the hotel and stored them until our room was ready at 3 that afternoon. Then they delivered them to our room. We rented mobility scooters from an outside vendor, which they totally coordinated. They brought the scooters into the lobby for us right after we checked in, so we had them for our first day at Universal Studios. When we checked out, we just drove them to the luggage area and they handled everything from there. If you are going to Universal Studios in Orlando, I highly recommend you stay at the Lowes Royal Pacific Resort - you couldn't find a better value for the money! Read less
