The Championsgate development is known for it's golf course so whether it's a bit of fun at the driving range, or a fully competitive 18-hole round, there's something for all abilities.

Where is it

Located in a large area to the south of Highway 192 in Kissimmee, please note Championsgate expands 1500 acres and is made up of several gated communities and our homes can be allocated within any sub-division. The Orlando area attractions and theme Parks, including Walt Disney World Resort and Lake Buena Vista, are all within easy driving distance. Distance from Orlando Airport: 27 miles. Distance from Tampa Airport: 68 miles.

Hotel information

A range of townhouses and villas, all with air-conditioning, at least one cable TV, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, private plunge pool or full-sized pool, and complimentary WiFi access. Some villas include a games room (usually the garage) and some feature a whirlpool attached to the swimming pool. Many larger homes feature a Cinema Theatre Room with a big screen TV.

Four bedroom townhouses sleep maximum 8 people.

Please note: Townhouses feature a small splash pool, whereas villas feature a private screened pool. Townhouses are not fully detached properties and are smaller in size.

Club townhouses/villas include: Preferred Location - BBQ propane gas - Dedicated concierge staff/phoneline - Welcome grocery/amenity pack (with the essentials to get you started) and gift basket of local produce - A mid-stay clean, once per week (sheets & towel change, rubbish removal, light dusting and vacuum of uncluttered surfaces) - Late check-out until 1PM noon on day of departure (normal check-out is 10am).

Please note: swimming pools can be heated during the winter months for an additional charge, which can be pre-booked and paid prior to departure from the UK. The majority of pool heaters run 8-10 hours per day, and will maintain a water temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the outside air temperature. Pool heat may take up to 48 hours to heat up to a higher temperature.
