Hotel was nice, but rooms were very small. Bathroom was super small. Room was clean bedding was nice. Bed killed my back. Very nice place in lobby to get coffee and danish. A 24 hr space to get drinks and snacks. They give you a $10 card for the game room and welcome bag with water and snacks

My husband and I decided to host our wedding block at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista and it was the best decision we made! We and our guests were thoroughly impressed with the warm and amazing service from every single team member. Before we arrived, Felipe ensured every single detail and room was in place, even with a few last minute changes and requests due to inclement weather traveling in. He always responded quickly and made everything seamless! While we stayed at the hotel, the Valet team always greeted us with big smiles, Jofferys cafe had delicious breakfast and coffee on the go, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the front desk and housekeeping team were so friendly and accommodating and many of our guests enjoyed the Oasis Bar and Eclipse Lounge in between our wedding events! On top of the amazing service, the rooms were comfortable and our suite was perfect for getting ready and hosting guests throughout the weekend. ear Wyndham Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property, which was far below the standards I expected from a Wyndham hotel. Here are the issues we encountered during our stay: 1. Cleanliness: We found two cockroaches in the room and a slice of pizza under the bed—an unacceptable level of hygiene. 2. Maintenance: The bathtub faucet kept running even when turned off, which was inconvenient and wasteful. 3. Refund Issue: I spoke with the property manager about these issues, and he assured me that a refund would be provided. However, when I contacted Booking.com, they informed me that only the resort fee would be refunded. I am shocked by how this situation was handled and deeply dissatisfied with the lack of accountability and the inadequate resolution offered. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in Wyndham as a brand. I am requesting a full refund for this stay, as the conditions of the room and the service provided were unacceptable. I trust you will take this matter seriously and rectify the situation promptly. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this. I look forward to your response. Read less

If you like language barriers, noise and the smell of weed, book this hotel! Be very careful when booking this hotel! I heard that the tower is better, but I will not stay here again. I was really surprised that Mgmt. did not contact me after complaining to the front desk.
