Elaine was very very helpful by the best holiday inn employee i ever came across she deserves a raise even a promotion within the company. She gave us very great details on how to get to our hotel and which side to park on so we could be very close to our room.

Wonderful, helpful staff. We are staying for 8 nights. We had a few requests…extra pillows, towels, hangers etc. They were on top of it. We also had an issue with the sleeper couch sinking when sat in. They immediately replaced the inside of the couch and mattress. Friendly, timely couldn’t be more pleased.

Such a shame to let the facility down - he clearly did not want to be there. Room was ok, very dated decor and cleaning was average at best. Every day I had to ask for coffee or cups for the room to be replenished. The bedside and unit was so dusty I had to clean myself. The view from the room was over a flat roof and carpark, I had hoped due to us staying for 14 nights with kids and having requested a higher floor room we’d perhaps have a better location, one that didn’t flood outside when it rained… Salt grass, longhorns and Bahama Breeze are close by and were brilliant 💙 Read less

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night prior to a stay at Disney World. Overall our short stay was very good. The gentleman that checked us in was warm and welcoming and provided a great explanation of the hotel amenities and exactly how to get to our room. The room was very large and comfortable; however, it was showing its age. The furniture was scuffed, plugs did not want to stay in the outlets, and the covering on the desk chair was almost completely peeled/ripped off. That being said, the beds were extremely comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The only issue we encountered was a billing error where we were charged a parking fee that was supposed to be included in the special rate that we had booked. I didn't notice this error until we returned home and sent a message through the IHG app on 12/20 (this is the contact method that was suggested on the app). The guest service specialist I spoke with advised that a member of the hotel would contact me within 48 hours after reviewing the information I provided. At the time of writing this review (2 weeks later), I still have not heard from the hotel; however, I did notice a credit on my bill today for the error. I really appreciate the hotel resolving this; however, it is a little frustrating that there hasn't been any communication at this time. I realize we just went through the holiday season, but a response within 48 hours should not be set as an expectation if it isn't going to happen. That being said, we will definitely stay here again if we need a place outside of a Disney property to stay the next time we visit. Read less
