This Hotel had a GREAT balance of rest and some fun. The weekend that we were there (Friday to Monday), it was cool outside and even cooler in the evenings. The outdoor pool and lazy river were perfectly warm for my son and me, even with the temps dropping! It was so relaxing and fun! Mixing this with the opportunity to get some pretty good food anytime while on-site made it a perfect fit for our family! The food places downstairs have good breakfast options, and the pizza is decent (The pepperoni is tiny). The restaurant offers good choices, and the delivery to the room was at very good times throughout the day. I will say that the BEST part of the Hotel is the people! We were treated kindly and warmly by Sofie when we checked in. She really helped us out with some great advice and great service! The next day and subsequent days we were helped out by Sabrina and she was just as amazing to help us! They were kind, helpful, AND very knowledgeable. They knew the answers and were able to help with just about every question we had. Them and the first people, the attendants for valet, made our impressions from start to finish enjoyable and positive! The location from Disney Springs is perfect. It's a super-short walk on the bridge and it's at a great entrance that you are led to. This Hilton has the entire package. Read less

Barbara, at Citrus 28, went out of her way to be kind to me while she provided excellent service. She worked with other staff to make sure that I received requested food items and that they were prepared as I requested. I feel like I made a friend. Thank you!!!

I stayed here two nights with my kids. It’s expensive but you know that going in. My room was large and clean. The staff was nice. I did book a Disney springs view and paid extra and didn’t get it. They should be consistent with that. The pool was nice.

Really wanted to love this hotel, but I can give it 3 stars at best. Pros: 1) large room, 2) comfortable bed, 3) nice pool bar/jetted tub/pool/lazy river area, 4) plenty of towels in bath, 5) extra blanket. Cons: 1) excessive fees - as of January 2025 daily self parking including tax is $ 37٫28 and daily resort fees(includes shuttle to Disney parks) with tax are $ 43٫88. Total $81٫16 extra per day. 2) Unfriendly staff - I talked with a helpful and professional gentleman at the front desk by phone when I needed to inform the hotel that flight delays would cause us to arrive around 4 AM. Unfortunately, that was the only person we encountered that way. Over 3 days, during typical interactions with staff did anyone smile, say "how can I help you?" or greet us in any way that made us feel welcome or that they wanted guests there. They weren't rude, just acted as if they'd rather be anywhere else but at their job. 3) Self-parking is some distance from the hotel and somewhat difficult to find and navigate into and out of with room key. Access card to parking lot doesn't always work. In inclement weather you can reduce the amount of time walking outside to self-parking by using the furthest entrance/exit to the convention center(unlocked from 6AM-11PM), but you have to discover that on your own. The distance from self-park to the hotel could be somewhat strenuous for anyone with mild mobility issues. Parts of the self-parking area are not well lit. Summary: adequate but nothing special. Be aware of additional charges when comparing rates to other hotels. Read less

The Letterpress restaurant was a wonderful surprise in the hotel. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff were so attentive and knowledgeable. We want to compliment Gladys and Grace for their kindness and their superb customer service!
