WAOOOO. From the Lobby to the Room is a close to perfection hotel. VIP treatment every time, excellent room service and details. Perfectly clean, my room have a shower and a bathtub.A little tv in the bathroom was so surprising. This is one of the best resort I stayed in Orlando. Gym with everything and cycling included. 100% to stay there.

We had a little hiccup with our room (air wasn’t working) and couldn’t be fixed quickly so they offered us another room which was an upgrade to a suite! We also had great service at the pool and restaurants. Our favorite server was Fernando at the Lobby Bar. We travel a lot and we can honestly say that this is one of our favorite hotels.
