This hotel has the best staff, all so friendly. The breakfast bunch even surprised my daughter with birthday cake and song. The shuttles to the parks were on time and very clean. Definitely would stay again. Hotel in great location. Sorry for bringing cooler weather (highs in the 60s but was perfect for us) and it is to warm up after we leave.… قراءة المزيد

Our stay was for 2 nights during the week after Christmas. Among the 3 hotels in the Marriott Village, the Fairfield offered the best rate. It is within a short driving distance of Disney Springs, but not walkable to get there. The staff at check in and check out were courteous. Parking is $19. A shuttle to Disney Springs or Disneyworld is offered, but you must book in advance. By the time we checked in at 7 pm, there was no shuttle availability for an evening ride to Disney Springs or the next morning for a ride to Disney at park opening time. This Fairfield Inn is suitable for family accommodations to visit the Disney Parks. No frills--just the needed basics were there, including clean linens, hot water, and breakfast. However, staying here 2 nights was enough. Our room was clean, but had a musty, damp odor. Room TV did not work. Elevators were working, but were very slow. Management might consider investing some time for a facelift to this property and to each room to make it more appealing. Read less
Free breakfast was not only really good, it helped us save money while we visited the expensive parks. Very appreciated.

The free breakfast was excellent. The only thing better was the friendly staff. Maria, in particular, was a sweetheart and made me feel like family in her kitchen. Great food and the waffles were cute. Our 4 yr old daughter loved them. Very clean and very organized.
