Our stay was during the busiest time but Conner at the front was so Amazing, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable which made our family vacation great. We we’re conveniently located to all the major attractions. We’re most definitely returning.
Comfy stay, not so transparent fee charges

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Unfortunately, there is no room service or complimentary breakfast. They charge a destination fee for $10, but give a $10 voucher that can be used at their restaurants and Starbucks. Jose was great and made our check out smooth!

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and I had paid for a pool view room, the room we got was a tiny balcony with a side roof view. Our room heater was not working and they said 4 times someone would come and fix it and no one ever showed up, we ended up getting extra blankets from housekeeping. Our room heater was not working and they said 4 times someone would come and fix it and no one ever showed up, we ended up getting extra blankets from housekeeping. I spoke to the front desk a couple days later (the front desk is always busy and we had reservations at various places and couldn't wait) The receptionist was polite and offered a $60 credit for the week stay for the wrong room. The Front desk manager Simon came out and said we have pool rooms available now and if I didn't want to move he would just give me a $30 credit because I was selecting not to move for the remainder of my stay!! I told him it would be a hassle and he said that's your choice. He was incredibly rude and dismissive. I would not stay at this hotel again. Read less

Lifetime Titanium. Clean and nice looking facility. Bed kind of comfortable. Bathroom clean. Ample parking. Pool should be heated in the winter. Very cold. Hot tub was quite warm though. Breakfast in bistro was pretty terrible. Overcooked scramble, tasteless grits, watery on but fruit was good. No tea bags in room. Asked for… Read more
