The Sufari water park is an attraction in it’s own right, complete with water slides and a lazy river, and there's also a huge indoor entertainment centre with arcade games and glow in the dark mini golf - the kids won’t know where to start! The resort feels secluded and self-contained, but you’re just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, with a complimentary shuttle bus included to take you to the door and back.

The hotel itself is good but way too big and awful signage to know where to go; I got lost three times and I’m usually great with finding my way around. The flow rider guys were awesome with the kids but expect to pay for every little flow rider, pool chairs, etc. Overall good experience but we probably won't come back.

This resort was so clean! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Parking was so easy and convenient. Rooms were very spacious and modern and had everything you need. Liv at the check-in desk was especially sweet, professional and made us feel soooo welcomed! The pool area was clean and well laid out.

The Grove Resort and Waterpark in Orlando, FL, provides a fun and spacious experience with a variety of amenities. A highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from Steve at The Pier, whose dedication to guest satisfaction truly made our visit memorable. Steve is genuinely concerned that the guests have a positive experience. I witnessed his dedication through the week, with every guest he interacted with. However, the resort's staff could improve their knowledge and concern for guest experiences, as we often had to walk across the resort for accurate information. Additionally, the app and website were not functional, causing further confusion. While the accommodations were relatively comfortable, they resembled extended-stay hotels rather than a luxury resort. IMO, on par with a Disney Value Resort. We encountered several issues with guests whose schedules did not mirror a family vacation. Their days seemingly began around 6pm with their nights ending around 5 in the morning. Several reports were made to staff but seemingly nothing was done as the nightly banging, pounding, and yelling in the rooms above persisted through our stay. Many other guests we chatted with experienced the same. Overall, with enhanced staff training and functional technology, The Grove has great potential to improve its guest experience. Read less
