Excellent service, amazing breakfast options for all including gluten (celiac) and other allergies. Chef Miguel and Wallace were great in preparing foods and evening snacks that were delicious and safe for my celiac child. You get more for your money with this place. Would come back again!

The staff at the hotel were always available and willing to answer any questions we had. The location of this hotel is fantastic for Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica and a short distance via Lyft or Uber to Disney $15-$18 & Universal $8-$12. We also made use of the ITrolley which stops directly outside the hotel (green line) and takes you to Seaworld and International Drive for restaurants & shopping. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and would happily return if we were to visit Orlando again. Read less

Personnel was so nice. Only 5 usd deposit for the entire stay. Breakfast was better than universal hotel buffets. They even have a small dinner with beers and wines available from Monday through Wednesday. Everything was excellent and amazing. Will definitely come back.

Samantha was amazing and kind! Everyone was awesome and we will be back! The place was clean and smelled fresh. The bathrooms were spotless. The food was cooked to perfection and seasoned good. The overall experience was excellent!! The pool was heated and felt like a hot bath ❤️

Room was clean, everything functioned great, breakfast choices were good, fresh, well replenished and layout of everything was great. You cannot beat the location - easy walking distance to sea world, saving us $30/day in parking. The only annoyance we experienced that kept this a 4 vs 5 star review is that their smoking area is in a very bad location: people smoke right at the front entrance, which is the only way to reach the lobby, checkin desk or your hotel room. If you're allergic to smoke, have asthma or other breathing conditions, be careful. Almost every time we entered or exited, there were smokers right there - several were pretty rude, blowing smoke practically in our faces as we passed. It was pretty bad. I really hope the hotel management will rethink this and move the smoking area further away from the entrance. Read less
