Check-in: We arrived later in the evening and go into our rooms quickly. Staff: Most of the staff were pretty good. The pool service was definitely slow and not the best. Rooms: The rooms are average but nice. We had 4 rooms and 1 of them did smell musty and stale, but they moved us right away to another one down the hall. Location: It is 20 minutes or so from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, etc. but it is worth the drive given the money saved staying here. Spa/Gym: They have both but we didn't visit either on our trip. Food/Room Service: Breakfast in the room was tasty. We ate downstairs at Primo twice. It is Italian and was quite good. We didn't get to try any others in the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return. Read less

Get the Nachos 🤤. However, we were very disappointed with Citron and Primo. We had high expectations for both but felt the food was mediocre and highly overpriced. The hotel does offer shuttles to the parks that need to be pre poked but note that there are only a couple of times to choose from. An Uber will cost $25-30 each way. I would not stay here if the purpose of the trip was going to the parks. Also as other have noted, the resort fee is high. At $55 a day you better take advantage of all it has to offer. The hotel was the destination so we mostly just hang by the pool. The NYE fireworks were amazing!! Last but not least, I have to praise the staff who was phenomenal! Matt at the lobby bar is a true gem. The bartenders and wait staff by the pool also fabulous. We would definitely come back. Read less

Beautiful resort property. We just spent 3 nights at the property which we visit for new years each year. Andrea at the front desk was kind and courteous and upgraded our room as platinum members . Andrea was a true pleasure and professional and gracious. Umberto was also terrific as our bellman. We throughly enjoyed the whole property and breakfasts were beyond wonderful. Simply deducting one star as citron unlike previous years had absolutely no decorations or balloons for New Year’s Eve. People all dressed up in the room the same as it is for breakfast seems a little lacking as a long term Marriott shareholder. Also on new years the holiday village had half of the fronts empty and the tattinger champagne airstream closed so no one could buy the champagne on new years. Do not understand that as a guest or shareholder. The rest of our stay, the facility , the other restaurants and the staff are 6 stars. Sorry for the constructive criticism but I hope it helps for next year. Always recommend this incredible property! Read less

The food at all the restaurants including the pool area food, are delicious and worth the money. The free breakfast for titanium members was one of the best we’ve ever had! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The spa is relaxing and serene. Despite how busy the hotel was, everything ran smoothly. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to the room. We were “upgraded” to a seemingly gorgeous, huge, 1 bedroom suite. The aesthetics of the suite were masking the problems which came to light the first night - loud, random noises all night long. The noises were: moving and banging above, popping noises from 10pm on, vibrations from the floor to the bed all night, loud generator type noise sporadically, and a whistling noise from the air conditioner (we kept it off the entire trip). We did move rooms but be leery if you’re “upgraded” to suite 3058 and refuse the upgrade if noises will disrupt your sleep. Read less

Hotel is very nice very clean and the staff of the hotel were very pleasant to work with. Bar staff was excellent. I would stay here again. Now for the few issues. I left my room at 11am on 12/29 removed the do not disturb sign from my door. I did not return to my room until 5:30pm and my room was never serviced. The elevators bounce while in transit some sort of vibration and it appears that some elevators were not even in service. (Not 100% sure of this, but seemed that way) . The self parking lot gates were malfunctioning to the point where there was a line of at least 8 cars waiting to exit, This happened multiple times throughout the trip. When I mentioned to the front desk I was dismissed as user error. When I said it was multiple people having the same problem it was dismissed again. Eventually by my last day the problem was resolved. Lastly this hotel is further than others as it relates to the Disney parks. It’s about a 15 to 20 min drive. Read less
