Your elevators are a known issue and you have failed to address this. Your infrastructure is poorly maintained. Part of your bar fell off near my feet when I got coffee in the morning. Online, this Hotel shows a great value and location. So the good is the location, the beach and the valet team was spot on. The bad, don't expect any upgrades, status or real resort luxuries. it's a basic standard hotel with beach access. there are no upgrades to rooms or late check out with credit card or hotel status. Only with more money. Toilet was running all the time, elevators are very slow (only 2/3 worked) and you can hear all your neighbors through walls and ceiling. TV remote didn't work, and balcony was too small except to stand. no chairs to sit and enjoy the view. The ugly, if the weather is not perfect, Sole is not a good fit. Rooms are small, Lobby is small and uncomfortable, and the only outdoor space the is under cover was closed down. in fact they gave us a hard time to sit out there one night. (thankfully the Restaurant manager David agreed to let us out there). Read less
Bad experience, but possible to be better with little adjustments

It was a short trip, with family. Our room (1438 B) carpet is old and not well cleaned. Elevators super slow, maybe one or two broken. Staff was a little inpatient at front desk, maybe they are overwhelming with many guests. Valet service at 44USD per day was not clear at the reservation time.
Loved the hotel had a hiccup but it was quickly resolved.

Would not recommend - Hotel very dirty

Rooms were so dirty we had to take action by purchasing our own cleaning supplies to make our space livable. Showers did not work, and the rooms were so small and cramped. For the cost per night of this hotel I would stay somewhere cleaner and more updated.
