376 guest rooms and suites with a colour palette inspired by Miami’s vibrant culture. All guest rooms feature air conditioning, 37" LCD TV, high speed WiFi, telephone, tea/coffee maker, iron and ironing board, minibar*, bathrobes, slippers, bathroom amenities, and hairdryer. 

Classic Rooms are located on floors 2-7, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

City View Rooms are located on floors 3-11 and offer views of South Beach with a comfortable seating area and either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Partial Ocean View rooms are located on floors 5-11 with partial views of the Atlantic and either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Lanai Pool View rooms are located on floors 2-4 with private balcony or terrace overlooking the swimming pool, and either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Oceanfront Guest Rooms are located on floors 2-6 and 9-11 and have a private balcony with sweeping ocean views. These rooms offer either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

One bedroom suites feature either city views, or full or partial Atlantic views and have a separate living area with sofa bed and honor bar with beverages and snacks. The bedroom consists of a King bed, with a rollaway available on request; sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

Lanai Oceanfront Suites are located on floors 2-4 with views of both South Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. These suites have a spacious layout with a large living and dining area, private balcony, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed; sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

Club rooms offer access to the private oceanfront Club Lounge where guests enjoy the attention of a dedicated concierge and complimentary culinary offerings throughout the day including breakfast, lunch, dessert and a selection of wines, beers, spirits and other beverages. 

Please note: 2 adults per Club room will receive access to the Club Lounge. Any additional guests will need to pay a charge for entry.

Received extreme chlorine burns from the hot tub. I'm still experiencing a rash. It was incredibly painful and itchy. Love Ritz Southbeach. Been there many times over past years. Great location, they go out of their way to make u happy. Pool is always warm and relaxing. Shout out to… Beach staff Andrew and Pool service Emanuel. Took great care of us. So nice, so accommodating, we’ll be back.

Our family wanted to do a family photographs shoot while we were on vacation. We reached out to the photo concierge to make that happen. Manuel and Eunice from the photo concierge were great and absolutely fantastic to work with! Manuel was amazing working with our daughter and the photos came out beautifully!

Ricardo provided excellence service on the beach! The club level hospitality offered great food. We will be back to celebrate more birthdays and make more memories! The room was a little dusty but still very beautiful. I totally recommend Club Level!

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent stay at your South Beach Miami property from 12/29/24 to 01/02/25. Upon checking out of the Ritz-Carlton South Beach, I requested the general manager's email from the front desk and was provided with the address: southbeachfrontofficeleadersrc@marriott.com. However, when I attempted to send my email, it was returned as undeliverable, indicating that the hotel is unable to accept emails from outside their organization. This feels both frustrating and unprofessional, and it reinforces my impression that the hotel showed little regard for addressing concerns or feedback during my stay. As a loyal guest and admirer of the Ritz-Carlton brand, I expected my experience to reflect your renowned commitment to luxury, service, and comfort. Unfortunately, my stay fell far below the standards outlined by your “Gold Standards” and credo, leaving me stressed and dissatisfied during what was supposed to be a relaxing birthday vacation. On the first night of my stay, I discovered a leak in our room. This leak not only caused unnecessary inconvenience but also ruined a pair of my husband’s suede shoes—a loss that could have easily been avoided with proper room maintenance. The following evening, I was horrified to find bugs in the bathroom, which resembled bed bugs. The on-site manager, while courteous, dismissed them as water beetles and moved us to a different room. Unfortunately, the new room presented its own set of problems: it reeked of bug spray and had large dead ants scattered across the floor. I could not relax or sleep soundly for the remainder of our stay, constantly fearing that more insects might appear. The Ritz-Carlton is globally recognized for its credo: “We are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen.” Your service standards emphasize anticipating and fulfilling guests’ needs while providing an environment of comfort and elegance. Sadly, my experience failed to reflect these values. Basic expectations for cleanliness, functionality, and a stress-free environment were not met. Instead of receiving a rejuvenating and celebratory experience, my husband and I endured days of discomfort and anxiety. The problems we encountered—poor maintenance, insect infestations, and an apparent lack of quality control—are unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a property bearing the Ritz-Carlton name. I am deeply disappointed that what should have been a memorable and joyous birthday trip turned into a frustrating ordeal. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to uphold the legacy of excellence that Ritz-Carlton is known for. Since returning home, I have been unable to sleep peacefully due to the lingering stress and anxiety from finding bugs in our room that resembled bed bugs. This has extended the impact of what was already an upsetting and disappointing experience. I trust that the Ritz-Carlton will take steps to address this situation in a way that reflects your commitment to ensuring the satisfaction of your guests. Given the significant disruption to what should have been a celebratory and relaxing vacation, I believe appropriate measures to acknowledge and rectify this experience would be greatly appreciated.
