Sadly it does seem like many of the South Beach shops have closed down so lots of empty store fronts.. but obviously that isn't the hotel's fault Rooms are very small... but is exactly as advertised and one reason they can stay a little less expensive than the competition. Best way to describe the size is think a basic cruise ship cabin, but without any storage. Passing through for a night or two? Fine.. longer stay and need a dresser, drawers, or even a closet (there were some metal bars against the wall that you could hang a few things from) than the rooms are lacking. Our biggest...thing..... is the room and the hallway were freezing.... we tried to adjust the thermostat but it didn't respond... had to add a couple layers just to sleep.... and the hallways were even colder! I mean really cold! Also seemed to be a little disconnect at the lobby bar with some coupons/vouchers that we had from the front desk..... almost like they never told the bar that guests might have vouchers.... and the bar is only about 30 ft from the desk in clear view..... So... a couple minor things. Would we stay again just passing through on our way to a cruise? Yep. Anything longer? May need just a scosh more space Read less

She added breathwork as a closing session and was careful to provide alternative moves if anyone has any preexisting range of motion issues. Overall a great and caring instructor. Read less

Very small room for 2 people let alone 4. I could only open my bag by putting it on a double bed, nowhere to store it opened up. Unfortunately the ocean in our “ocean view” was very far away. I did enjoy the Sunday yoga on the rooftop - great view and good instruction.
