Superior Rooms feature either 1 king-size or 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Superior Ocean View rooms have partial ocean views, with bathrobes, and either 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed, or 2 full beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults. 

Deluxe Rooms are more spacious, with a side balcony and partial ocean views, featuring either 1 king-size or 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Junior Suites feature a sitting area with full-size sleeper sofa, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Penthouse Ocean View rooms feature an outdoor balcony/lanai/terrace with private pool and full ocean view, as well as a sitting area, and 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

Penthouse Sunrise rooms feature an outdoor balcony/lanai/terrace with private pool and full ocean view, as well as a sitting area, and 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Beautiful Art Deco hotel. This is an amazing location, the room is a nice size and very comfortable. Beach is across the street, they can loan you towels and amenities for the beach and also bikes. Staff is friendly. It's an older hotel ( bc it's the historic part of Miami beach), but really well maintained.

Overall we had a pleasant stay at Breakwater. Some reviews have mentioned the unsavory characters out front and while that does happen, quite frankly they’re harmless. Let’s start with the CONS: we had ZERO heat our entire stay, in fact the air conditioner was on the entire stay even when we had switched it to heat and cranked all the way up.… قراءة المزيد
Overall we had a pleasant stay at Breakwater. Some reviews have mentioned the unsavory characters out front and while that does happen, quite frankly they’re harmless. Let’s start with the CONS: we had ZERO heat our entire stay, in fact the air conditioner was on the entire stay even when we had switched it to heat and cranked all the way up. Front desk had someone come up but we were showering so we asked him to come by the next day, they never came back. You do have to go through two businesses (a club/bar/ restaurant and an ice cream shop) to get to the elevator. You get weird looks but it’s not that bad. The bathtub is huge but unfortunately you cannot use it as the water never got hot AND the pressure/flow was so slow it would have taken HOURS to fill it. There were quite a few times the toilet would not flush and finally the shower takes a long time for the water to get hot. PROS: the Jr. suite with balcony oceanfront has an AMAZING view!!!! The staff at the hotel are very friendly, as are valet. The room is HUGE and the hotel is in the center of everything. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and will absolutely be going back. Read less

Its our 3rd stay at the hotel and we always receive a very warm welcome from all the staff and especially this time from Lacey, Lily & Harold. Great location to stay for all the restaurants & bars on South beach .See you all again in February and hope the weather stays great.

Great location in the middle of South Beach. Rooms were nice with comfy beds. Room needed to be cleaned better. Q-tips were left from prior guests and sand on the floor. I didn’t see vacuums for the cleaning staff so maybe that’s why the sand. The toilet was broken and was fixed quickly. The shower didn’t drain when using the waterfall shower but… Read more
