I travel to South Beach every few months to decompress and this trip was no different. Staying a the Gale Hotel was relaxing and comfortable. It was just what I needed for a weekend trip. Cornelius got me checked in early and answered all of my questions.

Beautiful hotel right near the beach. Rooms are amazing. Italian Restaurant in the hotel has great food. It’s called “Dolce”and its a little expensive and it isnt associated with Hilton but If you want different food options, there are many different restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Priscila the front desk agent is THE BEST. She was so patient and helpful. She took a lot of time to take care of my specific room situation while also dealing with many other guests’ issues at the same time. She knows her stuff and she makes sure the customer is happy. I truly believe that she could be the Hotel General Manager and run the entire hotel if she wanted to. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family mainly because of the cleanliness, location and the amazing Guest Service from Priscila. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Is it too much to expect fresh towels and a friendly person at the desk?

The tiny room and terrace with a tall concrete wall were ok but the front desk made the experience one I would not recommend. After 2 calls for towels for the next mornings shower we were ignored. I went to the desk to ask for them and the response was “why do you need a towel?” I had to ask to have my room cleaned each day. The front desk… Read more

When I checked out I requested a cab and the same guy called an expensive limo. I won’t be back. Read less

Hotel is ideally located mid Beach and very short walk to Miami Trolley stop at 17th St & Washington Ave. Not beachfront. However, beach access is convenient (via 17th St or Sagamore Hotel). 3 bikes accessible for use. Rooftop pool is nice and clean. However, beach access is convenient (via 17th St or Sagamore Hotel). 3 bikes accessible for use. Rooftop pool is nice and clean. Single Queen Room is clean but can be a bit small with no space for seating. Nice addition with robes and slippers for in room use. I would not select the breakfast included package next time. Ordering is from the same, limited menu each day of stay. One of the days they didn’t have bagels which is one of two options. Hotel entrance to check-in lobby is a bit confusing. One entry is behind restaurant host stand (Dolce Italian) and another entry is behind valet stand (“Regent Hotel”). Front desk and restaurant staff is responsive and friendly. Read less
