Extremely small room literally one person has to Stand to The side while the other walks in front of the bed to go To The bathroom (we are Average sized individuals). The shower in my room was shaped awkwardly, possibly built to maximize square footage to the point where I had to tiptoe into the corner of the shower so the water can hit me properly. The windows have no sound cancellation hearing every car that passed down the street, including the dump trucks, which were my alarm to wake up on Sunday morning. such a disappointing experience. I have never stood in such a small space at a Hilton Garden before to top it off the safe was broken, forcing us to carry our jewelry and extra cash while we we walked South Beach opposed to being able to put it in the safe as it should be. Very nice smaller feeling hotel. Loved how personal it was, Ariel was the front desk attendant and way great. Very nice guy. Plus you are less then a block from the beach and ocean we swam every day we were there, the beach right there is beautiful!

We stayed Christmas Day through the 28th. Pro: The room was clean and the hotel is one block from the beach. Ariel at front desk is friendly and helpful. That’s about it. Cons: There are a few steps you have to climb with your luggage to get to the lobby. So good luck if you have large luggage. The lobby was not smelling good the day we arrived. There is just one elevator for all the rooms and it takes for EVER and it stops on multiple floors. And it is small. Very frustrating. The gym is under construction. The restaurant is open only for breakfast on weekdays and we were told that it will be open for dinner on weekends. We found out food elsewhere. The digital key kept malfunctioning so after waiting for the elevator and getting to the room to find that the digital key doesn’t work 🤦‍♀️.And they can’t reset it from down so you got to make the trek again. This happened not only to me twice but to another guest who decided to move out and find a different place. In our room there was a plug point by the bed that was missing its cover. The water force was very weak in the shower so if you are looking for a nice soak after a day at the beach you have to live with that. I have stayed at Hilton hotels elsewhere that are way nicer than this. If you can afford it, you should just take the hotels right on the beach. You will have to rent umbrella and beach chairs which will cost $64 per day. Or $100 for a cabana. So if the Oceanside hotel includes that, you are much better off. Read less
