I attended a company offsite at The Novotel this week and I must say the hotel staff was absolutely lovely. All staff I encountered were accommodating, pleasant and delivered service with a smile. I would have given an excellent rating for all of them alone. The hotel rooms were just ok. While my room was not the cleanest and was experiencing some mechanical issues from a vent, the hotel staff did respond with urgency. Staff was quite nice. Checked in at 1:15 am and front desk agent was very nice and friendly although I didn’t catch her name. I requested a microwave it was brought up fairly quickly by myriam who was very kind and warm in our brief interaction. Rooms are also very clean and nice as well as lobby area. Great location! Brickell is for sure an amazing place to be. Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel, as well as an Wallgreens and Publix next to the hotel. I really enjoyed my time at Novotel Brickell. The staff is awesome and Gelsys is great too!

Great hotel in Miami, ideally located in Brickell center. Nice views from the swimming pool and the gym center. The rooms are comfy and modern. The breakfast is sooo varied and the staff is incredible!! I am coming back here often and it’s always a pleasure!
