I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were always friendly and incredibly helpful, making our experience even better. The amenities were fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the variety of restaurants. Whether you're traveling with family or looking for a romantic getaway, this place is perfect for all ages. Highly recommended!
Barely average hotel

Meh at best. Very overpriced for what you get. This does not feel like a luxury hotel at all. It is a very long walk to the beach. So far, all outdoor/beach amenities have been closed due to cool weather. Room is good size, not very modern, and only one chair. Would not recommend.
Overall great experience with minor hiccups

Beautiful resort, a bit expensive. Spa was great but didn’t like to automatic 22 percent gratuity. I’m fine with 18 percent I was expecting that. Also some young kids was running the halls kicking doors in and had my husband on edge the duration of the trip. No one eased his mind and that would have been helpful
Not a great resort

This is a meh resort. Nothing special here and I would not recommend. Also, in my room, the hot water never got hot enough for a typical shower. Food around the pool was not very good (I had tacos for lunch 1 day) and the Painkiller drink I ordered was awful.
Great business trip

Amazing place and staff! Will definitely be going back! We had about 200 staff for an event and there were great food options for everyone no matter what time of day. Rooms were always cleaned when we came back, and staff was over the top professional and courteous.
