The hotel is great, location is terrific, front desk staff was fabulous, room was very nice. One criticism was that the hot water never got hot. A tepid shower is not the way to start the day. Suggestion is to stay accross the street in the Suites. They are newer and quieter.

The room was very large and the bedding comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive. I stayed at the Inn on 5th to celebrate a milestone birthday. The hotel make my stay very memorable. The hotel is located in the center of Old Naples. The rooftop pools are so relaxing.
