Like pressing the Easy button! Everything needed for a great vacation is available at the resort. The staff were always available to answer questions and assist with needs. Special shout out to Leeann and Pam! The greatest helpers- they were able to sort out my screw up with cabana reservations and did so with a smile! Look forward to going back!

This resort is simply perfection. Ranger Rob is outstanding; friendly, patient and so knowledgeable. The staff is top notch. The restaurants are delicious. I’ve already booked a return trip. Do yourself a favor and book at the Pink Shell! Relax, party, learn, splurge…you can do it all here!

I have to say that I was a little apprehensive when we made this reservation with docking fees per night at over $200. That's a little pricey for us, make no mistake. This is a very high end resort so I was also a little concerned about being on a boat how we'd be treated. All that was extremely unfounded. I found the staff so friendly, so professional, so courteous, and in light of the expensive docking fee as staying in the marina, you get access to the three hot tubs the three pools the three restaurants, the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas everything you'd expect at a high end resort. Even though you're on a boat! I'd give this more than five stars if I could. Awesome place. It was a great mini vacation. To top it all off for each night's stay you get the free breakfast buffet in the morning at Jack's and that was outstanding as well along again with a friendly staff. A special shout out to Rick and Dave who made landing our boat at the nice floating docks easy. And to Danielle, Devin and Karen who served us at Jack's! They all were so helpful.
