For those who travel often, you can attest that finding a room that is clean and fully functional is becoming more and more of a rarity. Meals at the Harborwood Urban Kitchen were delicious. The upside down pineapple cake was addictive. Virginia and Direen made us feel like family with their warm personalities and excellent recommendations. The hotel was clean and attractive. The perfect night and morning before our cruise. My favorite Hyatt. The cool vibes, the great view and the fantastic Hyatt team make it special. A couple of stand outs are Jeffrey Katz, the director of rooms & Eduardo in the excellent restaurant. Newly renovated, clean rooms and suites. If it wasn’t freezing that day the pool looked amazing!
