We had some fantastic service from Pen who made us feel very special. Nudee was fab and she booked some special trips for us when we explained what we wanted to do. We would like to mention a few other members of staff who really did make our stay memorable: Zeed and Nueng Preecha Kik, Maysa, Sea, Hiney and Fluk Mok, Mac, Fern and Liu Beer and Aun We would definitely return in the future to re live this memory Read less

In the main drag, but not too close to the craziness of chaweng. Highly recommend ♥️ Read less

A very pleasant hotel with very friendly staff. All in all, no real complaints apart from the size of the room. Beds were amazingly comfortable, breakfast was superb and the pool facilities and beachfront location were great!

We had a pleasant stay - staff are friendly and polite, facilities are adequate and well maintained. 3 pools are great for the size of the hotel.

The rooms had not been swept or mopped, and in one of our rooms the toilet was not working properly. We were located quite far from the beach, and had to cross a busy road to get to the beach, breakfast, and main swimming pool. It was… Read more

The rooms had not been swept or mopped, and in one of our rooms the toilet was not working properly. We were located quite far from the beach, and had to cross a busy road to get to the beach, breakfast, and main swimming pool. It was high season so the cost was higher than usual, but I still felt like it was below my expectation for a 5 star resort in Thailand. I did really appreciate the staff and the breakfast was very good. Read less
