We stayed in the hotel in January 2025. we are titanium members, and we got very poor service. Luggage assistance service didn’t work at all. We tried to use bellboy service twice per stay, and we twice didn’t get any help with the luggage, neither in 10 minutes, nor in 20-30 minutes. we had to move our 7 pieces of heavy luggage buy ourselves… Read more
We stayed in the hotel in January 2025. we are titanium members, and we got very poor service. Luggage assistance service didn’t work at all. We tried to use bellboy service twice per stay, and we twice didn’t get any help with the luggage, neither in 10 minutes, nor in 20-30 minutes. we had to move our 7 pieces of heavy luggage buy ourselves (twice per stay!) very dirty tables outside on breakfast, even after cleaning by hotel stuff (like if they were not cleaned for long time, with old dirt). when we told that on reception, they told us, it can not be so, it is not our tables 🤨 arguments, that the tables were served for breakfast, the receptionist didn’t accept. very cold in the room. when we checked in to first from room, it was very cold. nothing helped to make it more warm. it was very cold from evening till the middle of the night. stuff didn’t help with this problem. the second time we got the same problem when we moved to another room. as titanium members, we expected late checkout. but we didn’t get it, because of the argument, that the hotel is 100% booked. But we found many rooms available on the site of the hotel. the receptionist told us ok, we give you another room, after that he changed his position and wanted not to give us anything. we vere very angry with that. he gave us a room only after we told him, that we are absolutely unsatisfied with the service. Best service and hospitality hotel goes to W. And special thanks to Tony. Makes this stay special w a complimentary cake and 3 staff actually came up together to sing me a birthday song. My kids enjoyed the popcorns the most and they even have have ice creams

Had a fantastic staycaytion at this iconic W Hotel. Celebrated my birthday and the team made it so special for me. The brand ambassadors that uplift the experience were Vijay and his Team & Kuga! Will definitely be back in the near future! Highly recommend this hotel!
