This is the best hotel in great location. The service from front desk Rosheen was exceptional. She was polite and professional. Service from concierge very good. Room was clean and nice. 2mins walking distance to train staion. No need to spend miney for taxi. Highly recommend this hotel.

The experience was amazing, food was good, received many compliments, hotel is newly renovated, everything feels luxurious and i like the interior that is very fresh and bright, the ballroom is nice as we can see the river outside the hotel, lighting is good too, Special thanks to Serene the person in charge for my wedding she followed up us very well and very accomodating to our request and she ensured that what we needed were provided and even go beyond, she assigned the banquet manager who can speak bahasa with my wedding organizer and they are super friendly. On the room itself, obviously very clean and new and feel luxurious , they had this wireless charger on the side table, and tap water in the room itself, bed is comfortable and all the hotel amenities is all new. Located near havelock mrt and mins away from orchard. Highly recommend this hotel. Read less

If i can submit zero star i would have gone for it. Anyways this will be a way of seeking justice as I share my true and worst experience with readers out there, by voicing out my disappointment with Grand Copthorne Waterfront. The room was nice and new, but there was a sourish smell in the toilet. As for service, it is horrendous and a total letdown! I booked a Grand Executive Suite (on the 26th floor) for 1 night, to celebrate my daughter's birthday and to pamper my family. But other than the club lounge attendants, my encounters with all other staff was upsetting. When I looked for help, i was brushed off by these staff with a fake smile. The biggest problem here is that they are not even trying, and their body language gave me the impression "if you want to complain just go ahead because i don't care". The hospitality here is definitely a big fat joke. One incident is that I went to the front desk to ask if I could get access to 5th floor to use the microwave so we could warm up our packed food we got from Great World City, as suggested by another staff; And I got rejected right away being told that the management doesn't allow it anymore. I was left without assistance. So I tried to ask one of the hotel restaurant and the lobby lounge on the 1st floor if they could warm up my food but was also turned away immediately, as though as I was a bother to them. One of the person i spoke to might even be a F&B manager judging on the suit she was wearing. I went back to the front office again and gave feedback about my displeasure, which after i was simply given a suggestion to call room service to come to our room to help us take the food to warm up. But as we tried to take the lift back up to our room, there was a long queue of other hotel guests and some lift maintenance going on. We waited for 4 rounds so it took us a long time to go back to our room. Not to mention, we also waited quite awhile to get down earlier on. When we finally got back to the room, we ate the food as we didn't want to wait another long period of time for room service to come and bring the food away and bring it back after warming up. In the wee hours my wife woke up and was feeling unwell and vomitted. So we decided to check out and go home. This is one of my worst staycation ever especially when I paid for a suite. This is a 5 star hotel giving a 3 star service, maybe even 2 stars. Honestly I regretted making this booking so much. Grand Copthorne Waterfont should really consider to declare that they are not 5 star. With the price i paid i could get a better hotel with good service in Singapore, easily. I will never return to Grand Copthorne Waterfront or choose to stay in any Millennium Hotels in the future. Read less
