Signature Rooms are newly refurbished, with city or river views, and either 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Deluxe Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with either 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Signature Studio Rooms are recently renevated, and are larger in size with a seating area, and 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Family Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with 1 large double bed and an extra single bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Executive Rooms include access to the Club Lounge which offers complimentary daily buffet breakfast, all-day tea and coffee, soft drinks and snacks, complimentary evening cocktails, and complimentary laundry or pressing service.

Princess Terrace (authentic Penang delicacies, open for lunch and dinner). Tien Court Restaurant (oriental restaurant, open for lunch and dinner). Connections Lounge (open for drinks and light bites, with live sports, regular music and pool table).

Very expensive for what you're getting which is just okay. We had a balcony room, which had a very small balcony with no chairs to sit on the balcony (so what's the point?). Location was okay with it being about a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro stop. The front desk service was also helpful.

Great location. Close to MRT (5min walk) and walking distance to many sites. Friendly and helpful staff. Room sizes were quite good considering I'd heard/read that Singapore hotels have very small rooms. That wasn't the case at all here and we had 4 rooms in total. They were all a decent size. As many have stated in their reviews, this hotel is offered at a great price but its reflective of the overall condition of the hotel. We paid for an executive club room, but the room was tiny, and we only went once to pick up coffee. the room was very outdated and in need of thorough maintenance an updating. Read less

Bedding great you fall asleep in an instant. Got off to a rocky start but after they clanged our room you couldn't fault it. Good view from the Balcony, Service was great but breakfast cold every morning. Boys on the front desk make our stay they were very funny.
