The overall layout of the property is good with a clean pool and access to the beach, lots of day beds for relaxing. The fitness center is well equipped. We had very bad experience at the breakfast. The lady who makes the coffee in the morning is outright rude and very irritated. Off course most people staying are on vacation and there shall be huge orders . Well we are paying premium price for staying. She felt extremely irritated when we placed our coffee orders. There a lot of waiters and there is silent gossips about guest which is very very unacceptable for a 5 Star level property. There was one waiter , a guy who constantly interrupted our conversations askimg how the meal was ,how the bread was and stared constantly. It made us extremely uncomfortable, including a few other guests around us. We did have a dinner at the same restaurant and the elderly man who manages the property wasnt very motivated to work, he was constantly starting at guests and gossiping with a waiter. On several occasions I noticed the restaurant staff as well as the reception staff using the same rest room as those meant for Guest use across the property. These rest rooms are designated for use of Guests. Additionally these staff used to not wash hands, some of thse staff where restaurant employees which is utter gross and disgusting to view and infer. These are not minor issues and surely degrade the level of Guest experience at a destination beach resort Frankly the rooms are mordern ,comfortable, clean with good pools and great beach. Apart from these facilities having staff with basic hygeine and professionalism is necessary and the conduct of the Barista , the night restaurant manager , the dirty gross conduct of the reception staff left a very disgusting impression of this property. We have been to bali several times on our way to and back from Australia to visit our sons. This hotel is by far the best one we have stayed in and we will be returning here when we visit next time. The hotel is stunning, lots of different areas and pools, with more than enough sunbeds and cabanas for everyone when we went. The hotel is very well maintained and polished. The staff could not do enough for us, everyone was so friendly and asked if there was anything else they could do to make our stay better. It was my birthday the day after we left and they decorated our bed with towel art, balloons, cake, flowers, fruit and messages , it was such a lovely touch. We ate at the hotel for all meals as we had had a busy month and needed to relax before going home. The breakfast was really really good, eggs benedictnwas superb. Really hot pots of English breakfast tea. So many choices. Lunch and dinner were really good and lots of variety in all the restaurants. Great spot in arwana at night, lovely ambience. Felt extremely well.looked after and relaxed. Booked taxis to and from the airport with them too. I honestly couldn't fault our stay. Read less

Excellent service and great facilities. We were initially given a room facing neighboring hotel under construction (noisy!) but we were quickly offered another room that met our expectations. Lovely breakfast, a bit crowded during rush hours but they handled it well. No chasing sun beds at the beach, always enough for everyone. Nice towels at the beach and easy to order food and drinks. Very nice rooms that felt newly renovated. I had expected high end schampo, conditioner and body lotion but it was nothing I have heard off. We were at the hotel during New Years and chose not to spend the festivities at the hotel, the pricing was just ridiculous high = what you would pay for dinner at a Guide Michelin restaurant. It was truly an unforgettable experience. A special thanks to Ni Lestari, whose warmth and dedication stood out throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, making my visit even more special. Having visited Bali several times, I can confidently say this is the best resort I’ve experienced.
