The pools were large, with many spaces to use and catered to everyone. We loved being able to walk to the beach and to the bali collective. The kids enjoyed the kids club but it was a bit small and not as suitable for older children (my kids were 4 and 8). The wifi in the hotel was very patchy. It's located about 30 mins' drive from the airport, along the Dusa Nua beach. The compound is big, with good landscaping. The hotel has several F&B outlets spread out in idyllic settings. There is a shopping mall just outside the hotel. Overall experience is good.

We had our first family holiday in Bali at the Grand Hyatt. The resort was perfect. Will definitely be making this a regular family holiday. Staff, food and facilities were great. We couldn’t have asked for more. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the water slide and beautiful pools.
