It was my sons birthday whilst we were there and the staff sang to him at breakfast and brought him a lovely cake. There was a birthday card left in the room for him. Pools were great, and grounds were well maintained. The gym had what I needed, treadmil, weights, floor mats and was clean. Breakfast each day was amazing with so much choice and great service. Service in the bars and restaurants was great with friendly staff add meals came out quick. Check in and out was quick and easy. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable. Read less

We had an amazing experience especially traveling with our baby! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for a family, and the quiet atmosphere ensured our baby could nap peacefully. The restaurant staff were also accommodating, providing a high chair and even impromptu babysitting. The location was convenient, with stroller-friendly paths and nearby attractions suitable for families. It’s clear that the hotel truly understands the needs of guests traveling with little ones. We couldn’t recommend this place enough for families! Oya our nanny we hired through the hotel was perfect. Read less

We were a little disappointed with our first room, found it very small, dated and musty. The noise from the children in the adjoining room didn’t impress us too much either (we left our own children at home for an adult holiday). We asked for an upgraded room, paid the difference and so glad we did. The Mandira Suite was perfect for us. We could not fault the food or the service, we spent a fair amount of time chilling out at the pool and all staff there were fantastic. One of our favourites was the sour dough bread in the Azul Beach Club. So fresh and light! As were the pizzas. We would highly recommend - with or without kids. The resort was prefect for us and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. So central to everything. Would definitely return. Read less

Mixed feelings, grounds and pool area were fantastic. However the only option avaliable for us as a family of 4 was a family room, located at the far end of the motel with a view of a fence... The room was very outdated and more like a 2 star motel in its finish and maintainence levels. Any motel still using a shower curtain is in desperate need of a renovation. Toilets loose and a poor levels of cleanliness describes the bathroom. The included breakfast buffet was OK but not up to the standard of others, terrible coffee. Read less

I have mixed feelings about this resort. The gardens and settings are beautiful and the staff are lovely. The rooms we were in were not renovated and were quite tired and dated. The breakfast is ok and the barista coffee is just ok. My issue was the seating around the pool is quite awkward - the space on the grass is muddy and not all shaded. We… Read more

The breakfast is ok and the barista coffee is just ok. My issue was the seating around the pool is quite awkward - the space on the grass is muddy and not all shaded. We travelled with 7 kids under 12 and there was not a lot to do there with them except for the pool. The shower water is also very salty. Great location but would stay elsewhere again. Read less
