Superb experience My first stay in Shangri-la was excellent & won't be last. Rooms were good, staffs were excellent specially miss sumana from housekeeping team, hyusinlo from rooftop bar & sayan from in room dining. All are very polite and active on service. Kudos to all others working in Shangri-la Bengaluru. All are excellent host.. Cheers..

Shangri-La is surely one of the best luxury hotels to visit with family. Their hospitality and service is spot on. Buffet is extensive and yum. Will recommend.

Outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Special thanks to Pranav and his team for making sure our family is comfortable throughout our stay.Thanks chefs for personally taking care of our diet needs and for cooking delicious diet food. Staff at the lounge were wonderful. Would love to visit again and stay at this property.
