clean resort, clean rooms no foul smell, great adult atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff... especially mike.. walking distance to eateries, beach, shops, sports bar, party longest, beach tours and more, no need for rental car or taxi

A great place to stay. Clean, centrally located, and very affordable. If you want a nice place to stay that won’t beak the bank, this is it. The staff was helpful and the beach access was close to the resort. They even helped me change rooms mid stay.

We had an issue with our A/C the first night so I went down to the front desk and within ten minutes he had us in different room right down the hall and we changed rooms the next morning. The entire staff at the resort are very friendly. We had an issue with our A/C the first night so I went down to the front desk and within ten minutes he had us in different room right down the hall and we changed rooms the next morning. Not an issue. Our room was cleaned daily, and the grounds and pool were very clean. The walk to the beach was very easy, only about five minutes. Once on the beach they had plenty of chairs and umbrellas for everyone, and staff to help you if needed. We were there for eight days and enjoyed it all. Grace Bay is very walkable with many great places to dine. Never had a bad meal or bad wait staff. The breakfast at the resort was perfect for us to get the day going. I miss sitting by the pool having my coffee and breakfast. We would go back to Ports of call in a heart beat!! See you next year. Read less

Friendly staff, friendly fellow resort guests, great pool, quick walk to a beautiful beach, comfortable beds. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend Caicos Cafe & The Patty Place. Very happy to have stayed here with my daughter!
