This was the worse experience ever for my husband and i. From the check in process, the food, & the service. This was the worse hotel we ever went to. The spa was rough and not enjoyable. The food and drinks were cold and mediocre. The workers were rude and didnt really care.

I chose Zoetry St Lucia after looking for something different. This is not a large resort on a beach. It is located on a marina with Mega Yachts. They were awesome to see. The food was great especially the wood oven pizza. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were friendly and would do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. There are a lot of stairs to some of the rooms so if you have mobility issues you would have to request a lower level room. The resort does show some wear but so do most resorts. Not a deal breaker. There were also no children at this resort. I would definitely go back ! Read less

The wait time at the restaurants was long, but for other guest, they were very accommodating. It is very clear who this resort caters to. It took so long every time we requested housekeeping room service getting new towels, and washcloths was a hassle. This resort was supposed to be comparable to Secrets resort. Well It’s no Secrets. Additionally, since it’s by a marina and there is a lot of vegetation there are a lot of bugs. Also, the smell from the marina when you sit outside of the restaurants is Stomach turning. Read less

This is a very unique resort. After flying all day, its another75 minute drive from the airport. It is located on Marigot Bay where you will see some of the world's finest yachts. As a result, it's not on a beach. Your view is of the bay and the moored yachts and sailboats. The two pool areas are average by today's standards. They also sell "guest passes" to for people staying on the yachts. These were unwelcomed guests in my opinion that fill up the pool areas and take up the loungers. As Zoetry allows kids, be prepared for kids at the resort. As a result, we had to get up at 7am each morning to scope out a place at the pool. It's not the way to start out your morning. This is a rebranded resort that I would guess is 25 years old, and it shows. Hyatt should be embarrassed to call this a Zoetry, which is supposed to be their high-end brand. Thankfully, the staff at this resort went out of their way to provide the best service possible. Had it not been for their exceptional service, I would have rated it as a 3٫5 instead of a 4. The food at the resort is only slightly above average, which is disappointing for a Zoetry. The Cove has excellent lasagna, but the other items we tried were just average. 14-61 was generally pretty good, and the Hurricane Hole was even better. But still, just a seven out of 10 overall food experience. It's a beautiful island and I'm glad I got to see it. But for the money you'll pay, it was not a very good value. It is not up to Zoetry standards either. We were told they are opening a Secrets within the next year that will be significantly better than this resort. Maybe wait until it opens? Special thanks to our favorite staff members; service rep Johan, bartenders Andre and Nicholas, servers Renata and Selma, and lastly our wonderful resort maid Barbara. Read less

there is clearly poor leadership at resort because nearly all staff outside of checkin/checkout were not friendly, attentive, proactive, engaging, nor made any effort to give a top tier experience. Staffing levels during our stay must have been lower than normal because wait times were long at all meal locations, some experiences taking a couple hours to get food. Couple nights dinner were at 7:00pm or 7:30pm and we didn't get done until 9:40-10:00pm. I clocked turn times from sit down to meal experience completion and they average over 20min each. Drinks never proactively monitored nor was water. Nearly every day we asked for Diet Coke and Coke Zero (no sugar) be placed in our room fridge and it didn't happen until the final day of our trip. We travel internationally every year for nearly 20yrs and there is clearly extremely poor communication among staff and leadership. The property is in dire need of attention. pavers on walking paths all over the resort were trip hazards. The road in/out of resort and down to Hurricane Hole is in extremely poor condition. Read less
