Our trip to Serenity was wonderful. The resort is beautiful and the staff (MacGregor, Kert, Kevin, Shabbi, Ray, Tylar, Daniel, Chef Lucy, Shirley and others) is top notch. Every meal we had was delicious. We enjoyed the resort events and also enjoyed seeing some of the island.
10 year Anniversary trip did not disappoint.

This resort is a small, exclusive high-end, adults only section of a larger resort. It was nice to be able to walk around the larger resort, make the short walk to the beach or spa, enjoy the water slides, then come back to peace and quiet. There are several advantages that are unique to this resort. Starting with the most obvious and immediate once you land, this resort is 5 minutes from the airport, which does not sound like a big deal. But for the travelers who endured 45 -90 minutes of Mario Kart on curvy roads, having only a 5 minute commute was significant. Secondly, the food was outstanding. Presentation, preparation, and execution were excellent. From fish to steak to sushi, you can order something different every meal and not be disappointed. There are several restaurants at the main hotel, but we didn't feel like we needed to try any others. I heard from several others that they have stayed at other resorts on St. Lucia and nothing comes close from a dining perspective. The staff were incredible. They are the biggest standout. I know that St. Lucia is famous for friendly and accommodating population, but we were blown away. From our butler McG to the person trimming the bushes in the morning, everyone was courteous, helpful, kind, and attentive. The rooms are set up wonderfully with each having a small courtyard with outdoor showers, a place to have breakfast if you order in room service, and a hammock to relaxing. (Don't miss breakfast at Greathouse though). The bed was comfortable, and we tend to be picky with this. Of note, there is AC in all the rooms that works great. St. Lucia is humid, and there are critters around. McG set up a couple excursions, Land and Sea Tour and Waterfall Rappelling. Both of which were great. He also went out of his way to make our stay special. Activities at the resort were perfect to have something fun to do or watch, each day. Rum tasting, fire breathing, sushi class, karyoke, etc. The gym at the main resort was a little dated, but had plenty of equipment, with cardio, machines and free weights. Got great workouts while we were there. Excellent stay; we spoke to many others who had come back for the 2nd or 3 times. We went for our 10th anniversary and were very pleased with our choice. Drew us romantic bubble baths, booked our restaurant reservations, and welcomed us with coconut beverages on the first day. He made sure we never had to worry about anything during our stay. Shoutout to Ray and Kevin for serving up the best poolside cocktails and snacks, and Jonathan ‘coconut man’ for bringing us drinks. The Greathouse restaurant was incredible service and food. We ate there almost every night! Highly recommend seeing why Saint Lucia is so special here!! Read less
