The swim-out chairs at the the Hideaway had bird droppings and were less desirable to sit in for a relaxing evening/night. The resort is conveniently located near the beach; however, the building could use a refresh along with the staff attending customer service training. We just returned from Hideaway Royalton St Lucia. We were in building 1, 2nd floor with the most beautiful view. Loved our room. Restaurants were great. Tried all the a la carte with reservation help from our butlers Miguel and Olivia. Steakhouse ribeye with mac and cheese was amazing. Hideaway bar was great. Brendon and Kurdisha always took great care of us and Desma as well in some of the other bars. My only complaint was lack of shows at night, lots of live music which were always great. Took the excursion to the Sulphur mud baths, Waterfall, lunch, and snorkeling on the catamaran was a great day. The 1٫5 hour drive to the resort was worth it but it is a sketchy drive. I have a great motion sickness bracelet that I was very thankful for. Overall great first time on St Lucia. Read less

Last night at 11٫15 I was told they were closing hours state 12. It also appears that communication between reception areas seem to be a struggle when trying to who to talk to with… Read more

Beach and resort overall were nice. Food was passable at best, and most of the staff didn’t seem that interested in the guests or being helpful and the managers were nowhere to be found. You are forced to use their app for dinner reservations and it does NOT work. If you have a choice, there are better options of resorts.
