The resort is quite lovely. Well maintained grounds. Plenty of comfortable loungers on the beach. Other reviews were negative about the solo garden rooms, but my room was quite nice (room 311). It had a small patio and was very clean. My only complaint about the room was the large cushioned chair on the patio was not usable due to the cushion being saturated with water from the daily rain. I’d recommend different furniture so one could sit on the patio. The a/c did not work well for a period of time throughout the building during my stay. However the management acknowledged the issue and worked to fix it quickly (24-48 hrs). I did the snorkeling to the Pitons trip. The snorkeling was average (due to the reef destruction from global warming). I would not recommend the trip due to the amount of time spent traveling. The tour lasted about 6 hrs. The snorkeling was two 30 minute stops. There are two other stops in both directions to let guests on/off (at a sister hotel and for the mud bath tour). Highly recommend the FunToSee ferry (vs a taxi) for transportation to/from the resort. Lovely scenic views. The reason I did not give a higher rating was I became suddenly and violently ill after eating dinner at the Cariblue Restaurant one night. Another guest who joined our group for dinner that evening became acutely ill as well. I did report the experience to the concierge, and someone contacted me the next morning to see how I was. Unfortunately being ill the last days of vacation put quite the damper on what otherwise would have been a great trip. Read less

We just returned from two unforgettable weeks at BodyHoliday in an ocean view room. The view from our room was magical from early morning to sunset where we observed from our balcony the beautiful ocean, beach, palm trees and neighbouring island of Martinique. The BodyHoliday property is situated on an idyllic, private bay with a white sand beach dotted with coconut palms, private cabanas and beach chairs. Early in the morning beach staff would start covering the chairs and cabanas with towels and ensuring that guests were served cooling drinks and fruit kebabs, there was never any shortage of chairs either at the beach or pools. We both enjoyed daily included treatments at the wellness centre. My favourite was the 90 minute facial using the bespoke ‘living’ products that are produced in the West Indies and are also available in your room. We enjoyed all of the food at the hotel with the standout being Tao the Asian Fusion restaurant. St. Lucia is an incredibly beautiful island and apart from the included water sports the hotel offers excursions by boat to observe dolphins etc. for an additional cost. Having returned to the frigid North we just can’t wait to return to BodyHoliday. Read less

I have been to body Holliday about eight times since 2008. I first one is a single and since then always has a couple. Overall, this is my favourite place in the world to go on holiday. The combination of beautiful beach, weather, inclusive spa treatments and sports activities, plus amazing food make it truly unique and relaxing!! The last two times I went, there were two people who really made the holiday special. Firstly, Hiley gave me whole new ways to understand how to stretch my body in order to relieve pain. I got one-to-one sessions with him that relieved pain in my neck that I’ve had for decades. I really can’t thank him enough for his advice and support! Secondly, Donna gave me the best facials I’ve had in my life! She has an absolute enthusiasm for skin care, her knowledge and professionalism are fantastic. I left with my skin feeling and looking amazing! I have booked to go back again next year and can’t wait! Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Should be More BodyHolidays in the World

This is a great place. It is so nice to get exercise while on vacation. The dinner table for solo guests is also a wonderful treat. The daily treatments are very fine. The staff have excellent integrity and are amazingly kind. My only issue is : there should be more BodyHolidays in the world.
