On the south side of Rodney Bay, 15 minutes walking distance from Reduit Beach. Transfer time from airport: 1 hour 30 minutes.

Room upgrades

Superior Rooms are larger, some with Jacuzzi bath, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior Suites are the same size as Superior Rooms but have a sofa bed and small sitting and kitchen area, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

1-Bedroom Croton Suites with 1 king-size bed and separate living room with a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

2-Bedroom Croton Suites with 1 king-size bed, 2 double beds and a separate living room with a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 8 adults or 6 adults and 2 children.

Guests receive complimentary shuttle to Bay Gardens Vacation Club, located at Bay Gardens Beach Resort (5 minute drive) with use of the beach and sunlounges, unlimited complimentary access to Splash Island Water Park and unlimited complimentary non-motorised watersports.

Spices Restaurant, Cinnamon Bar.

Weekly manager's cocktail and Caribbean buffet night with live musical entertainment. Saturday night poolside barbecue.

3 freshwater swimming pools. The following activities are available at the sister property Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa: water sports*, access to Splash Island Water Park and complimentary non-motorised water sports, and kids' games room.

Babysitting* (on request). Gift shop. Internet Café, complimentary WiFi in all rooms and public areas. Amenities at the sister property can be used (except the pool) and include dive shop, fitness centre, spa*.

This resort has a fee of $10 per room, per night. There is also an additional Tourism Accommodation Fee of $6 per person, per night (payable locally, subject to change). Children aged 12-17 will be charged US $3 per person, per night. No fee for under 12s.

**Reduit Beach is a 15-minute walk away or take advantage of the hotel's complimentary shuttle service which drops you to the sister property so you can use the Beach and other facilities (except the pool) and charge anything you eat or drink back to your room at the Bay Gardens Hotel, so there is no need to take any money with you (once you leave an impression of your credit card at Bay Gardens Hotel).

There was a hiccup when I arrived at Bay Gardens Inn. There were no reservations for me despite my email request, calling to confirm my reservations and receiving a confirmed email from reservations. However, Bay Gardens Hotel had it and I was upgraded to the Deluxe King Suite on the ground floor. They accommodated me due to an injury I have and the room was a really comfortable and spacious one. It had all the amenities one can desire, the very large TV made me feel right at home. The king sized bed was so comfy and the four plush pillows where my head rest swallowed me whole which allowed me a superb sleep after a long day at work. The room also came with a microwave as well which was welcomed. Overall, the upgrade was a pleasant come back for booking me in the incorrect hotel and not making a note on the database that I requested an early check in and late check out. On another note, I visit St. Lucia every 4 months for work and this trip they have really up their game! They introduced a live egg station, the breakfast was different every single day and tasted EXCELLENT cudos to all the staff and cooks!!!! ALL the staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. Looking forward to coming back. Thanks again for your warm hospitality!!!! Also wanted to note that front office staff were very understanding when my cc did not go through due to the recent limit reduction that was implemented by my bank due to USD shortage in my country whilst I sorted it out. So yea, my visit to Bay Gardens Hotel was great!!!! One more point, when I 1st entered the room it was super bright due to a glass pane and mgmt arranged for their maintenace staff to drill holes and create a drape to block the sunlight out as I usually enjoy a nice dark room. To me this was going above and beyond to make me super comfortable and I greatly appreciated it ! Thank you Bay Gardens Hotel Team!!! I can call all the names of the staff I interacted with but choosing not to so that I don't omit anyone who contributed to my fantastic experience behind the scenes! Read less

Very comfortable in room 242 at the Inn. The ladies at front desk, the security, the groundsmen, everyone was so pleasant. It was just what we wanted. The hotel was more active but we preferred the quietness of the Inn. I’d do it all over again.

Clean rooms, nice pools, quiet and serene vibe, but also party and chill. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Food could use a wider variety, and probably more local meals to experience their culinary expertise, but was good.

Our first Stay at bay gardens hotel Stayed for one month for Christmas and new year as our usual hotel is now closed down .After visiting St Lucia for over 27 years usually twice a year staying for a month each trip we know the area well Having looked at bay gardens we decided it good option for us for our stay.Plus you have the choices of visiting there other hotels on there mini bus We took the all inclusive package which allows you to dine at the other hotels also access to a dine around program. Our ground floor room was newly refurbished with walk in shower and kept spotlessly clean by our cleaning lady Maryeller not sure if I spelt that right .She checked every day to see if we were o.k or needed any thing .room 112 in water mellon was great for us comfy king size bed & not to much walking to get to bar or resturant areas very comfortable . Pool & outside areas always clean and tidy people sweeping and scrubbing them daily Food was a bit hit and miss breakfast buffet didn't have bacon every day when it did the lady server would give you a very small amount 2 tiny rashes If you ask for more you got the death stare The young lady at the egg station was great always greeted us with a smile and wave when we entered the resterant cooked our eggs perfectly. Didnt haveLunch every day but pizza's were huge and very tastie Evening meals were good when ordered from menu but watch for the surcharges on thing like ribs & steak ect Italian night food was good also the Indian night . Buffet nights food was not very good at all in choice and quality The waiting staff were all great Helen & Samulas and all resturant and bar staff did a great job happy and smiling New years eve was spoilt by the entertainment a disco guy was sat in the beach towel hut just playing very load socca No interaction with the guests at all in fact you could not see him sat in the dark hut It needed someone.who could entertain & interact with the guests and get the party atmosphere and dancing going . This was the only down side to staying at bay gardens hotel there is very little evening entertainment Wednesday and Saturday Same old thing the same boring Disco guy sat in a dark corner of the bar playing music sometimes attempting to sing him self He seems to think if he turns the volume up he sounds better We enjoyed our stay thanks to all the lovley staff who made us feel very welcome Lack of evening entertainment is a real downside for us though we are used to having good entertainment in the evening like Country western music a steel band a good kareoke guy or singer to entertain We did not go on holiday to sit in the bar on our own because guests have gone out to the local bars or to bed at 9oclock & this was christmas & new year period I did enquire before I booked if they had evening entertainment was told yes. If you want a nice clean hotel with wonderfull staff book here but if you are all inclusive people and want to be entertained in the evening This is not the place for you Read less
