Lobby smelled like a urinal for 3 days. Check-in took over 45 minutes. They didn’t restock the waters in our room unless we asked. They constantly tried to upsell us. Constant loud fan noise outside balcony from next building over. Beach was great, Italian restaurant was great. I won’t be coming back.

They made the experience memorable for our guests. They knew everyone's name and went out of their way for our special day. We have been to the Vine 7 times and we are never disappointed. I would also like to thank Angel the pool concierge and his whole staff. Everyone made sure the drinks were flowing. My bridal consultant Blanca was wonderful as well. I wish the photographer would of taken more time. We did not get amy photos with our siblings or any artsy photos. My only disappointment was with the spa services. I don't think they should offer hair services if they do not have the appropriate products or experience. Read less

Butlers make themselves available their entire shift for you via WhatsApp. Hotel is very well managed. We are grateful for the security the resort provides beings so close to downtown. Air conditioning, hot water, cleanliness were of no concern traveling with 6 other friends 4 rooms in total with no issues. The Vine is our go to for quick 5night adult trips in Mexico . Let me also reassure you there are no water downed drinks aside from melting ice, bring your yeti! The beach is gorgeous, you can walk for miles if you don’t mind being pestered by vendors. Evening Entertainment around the pool is very impressive . Exercise equipment available in room. However, the view from the gym overlooks the ocean and is breathtaking especially at sunrise. We had visited before and would say the service has gone down a little but still a 5 star hotel with the options available to eat and drink. They do however host a lot of Business offsites which can sometimes mean less beds around the pool and the restaurants being very busy.

The experience was so wonderful. The spa is the absolute best that I have been to. Josefina was so fabulous I has to book a second treat. I would come back just for the spa though my stay was great in most ways. Surprisingly the food was delicious.
