At night it was quite noisy, with what sounded like a door slamming in the wind. Information was not available on how to contact reception/housekeeping or room service using the in room phone. A phone directory would be helpful so we could ask for help without walking to reception to request help with issues. Read less

We had terrible service most of the time anywhere outside of the al a carte restaurants. Rooms were very basic, power went out everyday, bed was hard, bedding was lacking. Food overall was cold and lacked variety. Drinks were weak.

Veronica with the POP team is awesome! She was very professional and encouraged us to participate in the upcoming activities. We definitely will try to catch the shows she was telling us about. The fire show sounds like it would be really fun and something everyone in my group would enjoy!

This was my first time out of my country. It was amazing to spend a week in the beautiful resort with temperatures that I'm not used to in Jan (from Canada). Will definitely be back.
