Freezing Pools! Currently staying here and the jacuzzi hot tubs and pools are empty because they are freezing! Have not been able to enjoy any of the pools in the Wild Orchid, St.James or Breathless every pool is colder than the next. Can someone fix this? Resort is beautiful- but what’s the point if we can’t go swimming?

Nadine and Oneal took good care of us and knew exactly what we wanted each time we came to the bar. The entertainment team did great job of keeping the party going. They worked hard to make sure everyone was have a good time - Thanks Kai, Shadow, Redstripe, DJ Stewy, DJ Stainless. We absolutely loved our stay at Breathless! The beaches were absolutely beautiful and clear. The staff was phenomenal, so friendly and energetic. The entertainment staff was great, especially Sky. Our butlers Olivia and Travis handled all of our needs. We will definitely be coming back.

Positives- beautiful resort, loved our room view, staff was great and accommodating, shout out to our butler, David, personal assistant Jodi-Ann, Melissa at the omelette station and all the others whose names I don't remember. The staff was the best part of the stay. The entertainment team really tries, I think they can do a better job at promoting their activities. It seemed that Secrets had more activities and life, which I was expecting the opposite from Breathless. Negatives-Resort needs some upkeep-lots of loose floorboards, peeling paint and mildew. The pools and jacuzzis were so cold, which was VERY disappointing because leaving a cold climate, you are hoping to enjoy the pool and the warmth. Every staff we talked to had a different reason as to why this was an issue. It was extremely frustrating. Most of the restaurants are on the Secrets side, so you have to walk a lot to get back and forth. Luckily we didn't mind, but I can see it being an unnecessary nuisance. I also did not like how you cannot eat at any of the bars. To be on vacation and to be told that if you want to snack on something, you have to go sit at a restaurant to eat was irritating to say the least. I have stayed at many resorts within the brand, and this is the first time encountering this. I wish they would change this rule, I think it limits people from being free to just enjoy their time and be able to eat and hang out wherever they would like. I would consider returning, but it is not a resounding yes for me sadly. Read less
