Well as I always say you get what you pay for we opted for a cheap b and b so we would go out and sample local restaurants This was worse than expected staff are very dour and surly, rooms are in need of an upgrade we paid for an upgrade which literally meant two beds instead of one. Well as I always say you get what you pay for we opted for a cheap b and b so we would go out and sample local restaurants This was worse than expected staff are very dour and surly, rooms are in need of an upgrade we paid for an upgrade which literally meant two beds instead of one. Breakfast was mediocre but again staff were rude and unwilling to help! We witnessed several occasions we were disssed with one an elderly gentleman drop a plate of food there was no attempt at cleaning up or help! Reception don't recognise you when you come in or leave no smiles on faces that do really make a difference. Bar closes at 7 or 8 and last orders for meals is 7.30pm so forget about evening drinks We booked a 4pm slot to use the guest room to shower before we leave only to be told there was none!! Oh yeah and access to the beach was through a hole in the fence!! We ended up using deia beach and Bougainvillea resort Not a happy bunny. Only positive is WIFI which is good. Read less
Overall a great stay

Had a great week staying here in January, rooms cleaned daily to a good standard & towels replaced daily. Only ate breakfast here which was good if a bit basic. Staff were all friendly enough, none of the attitude that some other reviews have said they had. Overall a great stay & fantastic value for money.

This place is a joke. It has the cheek and audacity to call itself a hotel. It is 19:51 and we have just been told that there is no dinner being served. This place has a pool and has no pool towels. However you can buy them from reception but only if the right receptionist happens to be working. However no matter how long you are staying they will not launder them. I cannot believe that Virgin Atlantic can affiliate itself with such substandard accommodation. I could write so much more and probably will tomorrow but for right I need to go eat. Read less

I don’t understand the bad reviews about this hotel. We had no issues. The property is well-maintained, and the tropical vibe is so relaxing. The staff made sure I had everything I needed, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. Great value for the price.
