As previous reviews have stated, this is an excellent low budget option. The apartment came with all amenities including a full size refrigerator, microwave, air-con etc and even in the Christmas week, towels were regularly changed. The apartment came with all amenities including a full size refrigerator, microwave, air-con etc and even in the Christmas week, towels were regularly changed. It is in an excellent location, being a less than 10 minute walk from the centre of Holetown and the beautiful beaches yet in a lovely quiet area. We always felt perfectly safe walking back, were never hassled at all. Staff were efficient and friendly The only area for improvement I would say was the shower water pressure but this was just a minor issue in an overall great stay. Read less

We absolutely loved it here. Furnishings are a bit dated but it really didn’t matter. It was clean, well maintained and the manager Janice was so efficient. Recommend to people who want to experience the real Barbados and not the manufactured version. Lol

This is basic accommodation on a fabulous holiday island. To get the best out of this, you need a car; for us, it was just a bit too far to walk to the main road and into Holetown. If it's a bed for the night and a few basic mod-cons this would do nicely. The manager and staff are very pleasant and helpful. There is a small swimming pool which,… Read more

If it's a bed for the night and a few basic mod-cons this would do nicely. The manager and staff are very pleasant and helpful. There is a small swimming pool which, again, is ideal for a quick dip after a hot day on the beach. Sunbeds are not the best but, Hey Ho, you're on a budget! The bed was comfortable, there is a ceiling fan, kitchenette with cooker, fridge, microwave, etc. To be honest, it wasn't our scene as we checked out after three days and checked into a beach hotel which was our scene! I have to say that there is nothing 'wrong' with these apartments, they're just a basic accommodation which, if you want a cheap Caribbean Holiday, will be fine! Read less

These days we generally use apartments as they offer on the whole a more authentic local feel. This was no exception, being quite airy, nicely decorated (if a little worn), clean on arrival and frequently serviced thereafter. Most amenities present including cooker and fridge and actually pretty decent wifi. Only thing lacking was a washing machine, that said did in the end not need it. A big plus for the proper King-sized bed. Pool lacked heating but the beach was ten minutes walk away so probably superfluous; I would note the general lack of sidewalks in the country when walking down to the shore however. Specifically to our holiday, a good place if you rent a car as quick access to a reasonably priced modern supermarket and petrol station in Holetown, plenty of parking and close to most of the major attractions in terms of travelling time (less than twenty five mins to Harrison Cave and Bridgetown). These villas offer basic, no frills accommodation, about a 15-20 minute walk from the main road going into Holetown. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was quite basic; the electric cooker had seen better days! Same with shower, it worked, is probably all you could say. The pool is OK but the sunbeds have just about had it. There is a maid… Read more

The pool is OK but the sunbeds have just about had it. There is a maid service every other day which is good. If you are looking for a fabulous Caribbean holiday, this is probably not the place for you. But if you are looking to do the Caribbean on the cheap, this would suffice. A car would have made the walking a lot easier. Holetown now has a refurbished supermarket under the guise of Waitrose; big, clean and selling all the food you'd want. Read less
