Both the front desk and housekeeping responded promptly to a few requests. We enjoyed the beach and pool and the nearby Pebbles and Carlisle bay beaches. The breakfast buffet is better than many on the island. And the views from the room are the best. TV channels are what most expect including FOX News. Yes there are a number of items that need attention but we do not hesitate to stay here, and they are constantly working on areas. Read less

This hotel is in desperate need of proper management. From our check in with unfriendly desk clerks and rooms not ready at normal check in time we were disappointed in this hotel. The staff other than less than a handful had no interest in customer service or in working. While the property could be stunning and welcoming with proper care and concern, it totally missed the mark. Many areas were dirty including the upper pool with the same debris from one day to the next and algae in the overflow catch basin. Also, there were filthy carpets in the guest room corridors and room service food trays left outside for more than 24 hours. For this to be under the Hilton brand is surprising. We would never recommend it and were thankful we were only staying two nights pre cruise. Read less

We had a wonderful extended stay here after our flight home was cancelled and we couldn’t get home for another week ! The room was cleaned to a high standard, plenty of towels and super comfortable beds. Angela helped us out on our first day admirably, thank you !! Water was left daily and there was a coffee machine with all necessary accompaniments. The breakfast was buffet and plentiful , we also ate at the pool bar and the food was great! I used the spa for a massage which was fab and also to get an acrylic infill with Trudie who did the best job thanks to all the hardworking staff everywhere , cannot fault this hotel ! It was lovely 🥰 Read less

Day Pass Review My husband and I visited the pool/beach area on a day pass. Our cruise had a stop in Barbados and we knew we wanted to visit this hotel based on reviews of the beach. We did not have any food here, nor did we stay in any of the rooms. Our experience at the beach was absolutely incredible! The ocean water was clear and warm and the sand was soft. If we were in Barbados again, we would stay at this hotel just for the beach access! We walked the beach for close to a mile, it was so peaceful. Read less
Skip and move on.

Not quite right- in desperate need of a renovation and clean. Too many things to mention from inconsistent service and attitude of staff, to overpriced food, and a breakfast buffet worth skipping. Still can’t figure out how they leave room cleaning to the end of the day preventing you from using the room.
