I was travelling solo and they always made a special effort to make sure that I was ok and that I had everything I needed. Special mention to Ian who looked after me at breakfast and the towel ladies by the pool! The food was really good quality and the 3 speciality restaurants meant there was great choice. The bedrooms were a lovely size and the bed was super comfy. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I couldn’t fault it 😁. Read less

Everyone is friendly. Food is better than expected. Lots of activities. Beach Volleyball hosted by Peter and Bullet was fun, they are very easy to beat and need to practice 😛. Although not by the main beach, shuttles are available every 30 min throughout the day

Peter and Bullet are great entertainment and keep the fun going! Great hospitality and great customer service from the team. There is always something to do and the schedule is packed with activities. Great job to the crew...even if they cheat at volleyball 😉

My birthday trip to Warwick was amazing. The staff made it so much more special, they even heard I had a bad flight for my birthday and brought me flowers to my room and sung me happy birthday I think it was a manager and it was beautiful. Everyone was so nice the host for the paint and sip on that Sunday was so fun and I never thought sip and paint could be so fun ! I went bymyself and staff was so nice about taking pictures for me and they were all just so helpful I didn’t get everyone’s names but the ones who made the biggest mark on my stay was Jerome Tamara Star (luggage) Alex and all the drivers Native Brenden Deondre Nathaniel Emil and Natike at the bar. I can’t wait to come back and stay longer and even bring my family back. Thank you all for the best experience ever ! I didn’t have towels and things in my room and had to go get me some but that wasn’t even enough to make me take a star off ! Drinks were amazing I didn’t get to eat at any of the restaurants because I didn’t get a reservation in but the buffet was pretty decent and the outside food area grill was awesome everytime the chefs are great and I listed the name of my favorite chef for the grill food :) Read less

Food was very good in the self service Veranda restaurant. A wide variety of dishes, well prepared with good ingredients. The quality of the other restaurants was definitely worst. Large and clean room. Very kind, smiling and helpful staff. Beautiful pool. The only negative point the beach but there is a shuttle service to Cabbage beach one of the most beautiful beach in Paradise Island. Value for price. Read less
