But the guests who stay there are largely entitled, rude, obnoxious, they litter the beach front, have no manners (nor do their children - and there's a lot of them), and they're all packed in here like a cruise… Read more

They only thing that makes this place a bit better than an oasis-class liner is there's a beach. It's not an amazing beach but it is nice on a slow day in the off season. Otherwise is a total cluster with a bunch of obnoxious east coasters who use this place as their weekend toilet. Food is decent, but super pricey. Fabia was fantastic ! She made check in super easy and accommodated our group of 10 w our rooms being ready very quickly. There were a lot of reviews about check in process being not an easy process and it was seamless. Our first time her and first encounter at Hyatt has been off to a great start.
It has just began and so far nothing short of great. The property is big and has a ton of options to keep you busy.
