If you’re a foodie who appreciates the culinary arts. Then you’ll find your heaven on earth at Hermitage. Please go and experience this beautiful resort. The knowledgeable staff are so warm, friendly and enthusiastic. Every guest is treated like a VIP, but welcomed like family. They are masters of customer service. The culinary experience is magical. Each meal was carefully prepared and crafted incorporating fresh, local ingredients from the resorts’ organic garden. International flair is added to the flavourful Caribbean dishes giving everyone a taste of Antigua. An amazing experience is the sushi Tree Bar set on the beach. It has a daily Sushi happy hour. This is a must! The expert sushi chef skilfully prepares beautiful plates while you watch on. The fish is locally sourced and the delicate sauces make each dish unique. Oh and did I forget to mention the cocktails! These are to die for. My favourite was the Spiced Garden. Read less

The atmosphere and surroundings were to die for. Live music was being played, which was great background music whilst we enjoyed the food and drinks. Cocktails weren’t too sweet and the sushi was the best I’ve tasted on the island. Service was top noch. So personable!!

So pleased to have discovered Hermitage Bay in Antigua. Tempted to say that our lifelong search for paradise is complete! Cannot fault a single thing from staff to catering, accommodation and facilities. Love the principle of being able to tip collectively at checkout, knowing it is shared with all front and back office staff. Areas of improvement? NONE. Complaints? We seem to have come home a little heavier. Surprises? We left a jumper in our airport transfer car, and Hermitage, as if by magic, had it waiting for us when we boarded our flight. What amazing service!!! Read less
