Very centrally located in the heart of downtown Vancouver with easy access to shops, attractions, restaurants and train station that takes you directly to and from the airport, tour buses can pick you up from the hotel which was an added bonus. They have a Starbucks on the premises which was perfect.

Nice hotel, great, friendly service and good location. My king room was huge and clean w a very comfortable bed! Very quick, friendly check in and it also had a great hotel bar. Wish i had more time to explore that gorgeous city as we were only there for one night!

To celebrate my husband's birthday, we booked a three-night stay @ Hyatt Regency Vancouver with our suite upgrade rewards. Surprisingly our room was upgraded to 33rd floor Presidential Suite, which was absolutely amazing and the view was phenomenal. Hotel location is great in the heart of downtown, close to shopping, restaurants and waterfronts. The staffs were friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay and has a great memory. Love this hotel! The pool and hot tub are perfect even outdoors in January. They always decorate it for the season and the staff is great. Also the location is fantastic. The main reason for the low review is their really poor globalist experience. This hotel looks to do the bare minimum to just pass the brand requirement. It’s one of the worst I’ve experienced.
