A very wonderful experience. We always stay at the Chelsea when we have Sick Kids appointments as it's a short walk away. The staff is friendly and remember guests that stay regularly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Restaurant has a large selection of different foods, so even dietary restricted people can eat. Pool area is clean and always has staff on hand to help if needed. Comfortable Beds and Great location for shopping and dining (close to Barberians), my wife's favorite steak house. The bars underground parking is convenient. And Pool facilities and Bars and Bkft. are great too. very popular Hotel, so book ahead.

This is a hotel that I have used regularly over the years. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stays previously, but this past stay may have me thinking of changing to another hotel. The hotel rooms have become a bit dated and the maintenance of the rooms, needs to be addressed. The TV picture wasn't great....looked like it was really to stop working.… قراءة المزيد
This is a hotel that I have used regularly over the years. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stays previously, but this past stay may have me thinking of changing to another hotel. The hotel rooms have become a bit dated and the maintenance of the rooms, needs to be addressed. The TV picture wasn't great....looked like it was really to stop working. Made it really hard to watch the playoff football game. The hairdryer, while looked new, wasn't even attached to the wall. The wall attachment was there, but they hadn't bothered to install it properly. The caulking around the toilet and bath tub needs to be redone as well. The hotel is in an excellent location, so if it's just for a night, it's aces! But if it's any longer, may need to think twice. Read less
