The rooms are very functional, comfortable and contemporary, large bathrooms with a walk in shower. We stayed in a kitchenette room which was well appointed including a small dishwasher. Nice views of the mountains and not too far to walk to restaurants and shopping. They acknowledged a birthday which made the stay more special, thank you! Noisy bedroom.

We received a free upgrade to a king room and the room was spacious and comfortable. However the heater in the room was very noisy and the door to the adjoining room was not soundproofed so we were woken on both nights by noise from neighbouring guests.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious room, comfortable beds. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, town. We had breakfasts and lunches at the hotel restaurants and the food was delicious and servers were fantastic. Pool and guest laundry were a bonus for us.

Great hotel with all amenities. comfortable beds, great pool area with hot tub. good family environment with friendly staff. clean property lots of parking. we stay here every year when we go to jasper very reasonable rates for the area. 5/5
Ok but the kitchenette rooms were disappointing.

The new kitchenets are very small and under stocked with kitchen equipment. It would work for a couple but its challenging for more than two people. No comfortable chair could be located within the room, unlike the standard rooms that come with a padded desk chair and reading chair. The room appears geared to hocky and downhillers.
