I have a particular soft spot for Sinobia who was so kind and attentive at breakfast, although all of the breakfast team were so very good. We come here every year and look forward to our next trip. Also the staff on reception were very helpful with a ticket issue I had for the rugby and I was so grateful. The only complaint we had and which has stopped me giving five stars is that we enjoyed an excellent meal at the restaurant but wanted to enjoy another of their excellent Chocolate Vodka Martini's but they had closed the bar at 9٫50 pm on a Thursday night which spoilt the stay. I acknowledge staff need to go home but I would expect a hotel of this quality to offer a bare service to al least 11 pm. Read less

We loved our stay at this hotel. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Location was brilliant with great views, and the service we received was superb - all staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable.
